Are you referring to WooCommerce order notifications or PayPal transaction notifications?
If you are not receiving order emails when customers check out on your site, please check and confirm that you have the plugin set up correctly and that the orders appear on the WooCommerce orders page. Also, confirm that you are receiving other emails from your site.
If the issue persists, we would be interested in your plugin log files. These log files are only written when “Logging” is enabled in the plugin settings.
If enabled, then every transaction will create a log entry that can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
If “Logging” was not yet enabled, could you please enable it and then try to create an order so that the error message is saved?

Bonjour,
de mon côté avec le même plugin Paypal payment) je rencontre pas mal de soucis également y compris celui qui fait que (lorsqu’une commande n’as pas échoué à cause d’un problème d’adresse de livraison non rempli même si c’est pourtant rempli), le mail de confirmation de commande envoyé automatiquement au client ne s’envoie plus !! ??
Donc je souhaite suivre le fil de cette discution 🙂
