    Hi how are you? After payment the order remains in pending payment. I use Cloudflare but the thing is that it was working perfectly until the last plugin update. I will still check with them, should I send you the log too? Thanks!

    The last plugin update is from 2 months ago.
    I just fixed a fatal error in the IPN, nothing that should broke the notifications, only help.
    But generally CloudFlare can block requests from other servers, so you should check if is blocking the MercadoPago requests.

    Hi! Thanks for answering. This is what Cloudflare support replied:

    I do not see any Firewall Events that suggest we are blocking this.

    I would need more information from MercadoPages as to what response they are getting when they try to connect to us, are they able to provide us the error/response headers they are getting from their requests?

    I would also ask MercadoPago if their client supports SNI ( Server Name Indiciation ), if they do not then they would not be able to connect to your https version of the site, as your certificates that you have with us require the client supports SNI. This may be a reason they cannot connect.

    @bacp and any suggesting that are receiving requests from MercadoPago?

    Because if CloudFlare is not blocking you can check the access.log from your server for MercadoPago requests.

    You can contact MercadoPago for it.

    But in generally CloudFlare can block all external requests or some user-agents.
    And this is a common problem while trying to use CloudFlare and some payment gateway that send payment notifications.

    Note that this is an issue between MercadoPago and your server or CloudFlare. And not an issue with this plugin.
