If the order number stoped increasing, how the new order getting created because order number can’t be same for two orders. If the order number doesn’t increase or change, the order will not create at all.
As I suspected before this problem started. But that is what it is doing.

Sorry guys I didn’t mean to cause any upset. I have used this code for while and the support has been good. I’ll see if I can make a plan b.
We have updated the plugin, please update and check if the issue fixed.
Hello,
I was having the same issue as the OP. I did update to the latest version, but now it has the odd behavior of initially setting the Order Number (which should be formatted by the Sequential Order Number plugin) to the numeric order ID (what would be in the url).
Once something is tweaked and the order is updated, the formatted Order Number changes to the sequential number expected.
While this works, it’s not expected and can throw users off.
Can you take a look at this in future updates?
Thanks for everything!
Don
Ok, we will look into it for sure. If you have any code suggestions, you are welcome. It’s takes time to add or fix issues but with your help this plugin can grow.
