Order numbers not changing

    Hi guys

    I tried this & many other sequential order id plugins but dont seem to work. Issue is we had some issues during migration that made order numbers extra long for example #9004111222073999

    We want to reset the next order id to go back to 5 o t 6 characters. Is this possible with your plugin?

    Sorry about the delay in responding to you! We are working on internal processes to make sure that we can respond in a more timely matter.

    While Sequential Order Numbers doesn’t offer additional configuration for the order numbers, Sequential Order Numbers Pro (the paid version) does offer quite a bit more flexibility and may offer some options that would help with the extra long order numbers.

    You can view the available options for configuring the order numbers in the documentation here

    Can you please let me know if this might work for setting up the order numbers for your store?
