1. Could you provide a screenshot of the issue on your website?
2. Could you provide the URL on your products page and instructions on how to reach your checkout page?

Fluid Checkout Lite is not supposed to make any changes on the order received (thank you) page, which is the page shown on your screenshot.
1. Does the problem only happen when Fluid Checkout is activated? Try temporarily deactivating Fluid Checkout and see if the problem is then resolved.
If it only happens with Fluid Checkout Lite activated, this might be a compatibility issue with the theme used.
2. What is the theme you are using on your website?
3. Have you made any customizations to the order received (thank you) page on your website?
