Order Page Refresh

Hi there, I have installed Dokan. When a customer places an order I expected the order to appear on the order page if the webpage is left open. Instead you have to keep refreshing the page. I would use email but i am using the store for multi vendors so I cant expect my vendors to use email instead of using the website. The order page is good because once its been completed you can mark it as completed.

Can I make the website display the order once it comes in without having to refresh the page. I also would like it so the web browser makes an alert noise to tell the vendor to look at the screen.
