Order pending payment bug

Hello, I am using your plugin and I have a problem. I have set up automation for users awaiting payment. The automation triggers after 30 minutes, 1 day, and 3 days from the order. These are 3 different automations. Each of them has the ‘check status before sending’ option selected. Unfortunately, many users receive messages about the need to pay, even though their orders have been paid for. This is very problematic and misleads customers, who write to us with questions about why they are receiving such messages. How can we debug the problem?
Interestingly, I verified these messages based on the queue – not all messages are sent, it seems that only some of them are sent incorrectly. Any tips on where to start?
