Order / Private notes from admin panel doesn't work

    From some time I am facing this issue. When I hit ‘Add’ button on customer or private note (right side of screen on order page in admin panel) – nothing happens + the screen scrolls up. I like this tool a lot to communicate with clients. Please help somehow.
