hello, I have a problem with some batches. Indeed, I cannot activate the order authorization if there is no more stock. The order in my backoffice does not work. Need help please?

Hi,

Please turn off the AJAX add to cart button on the single product page and try again. This option often was placed in the theme settings page or Customize.

Are you using another plugin to manage the stock quantity?

In the back office I am blocked from modifying the order authorization even out of stock. I cannot tick the box (see attached)

About the stock management, please read this article first https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/how-to-configure-the-stock/

By default, it will be calculated from bundled products. That is why you can’t change it.
