Order process error

    I have woocommerce website and has PayPal integration . I had started getting orders and the money has also received from.paypal
    I have alidropship plugin which is updated. I need to process this order
    After clicking on order there is no further development . It does not reflect customer name and product details the page get blank
    Kindly guide

    Hi there,

    This sounds more like a problem with the third-party plugins (including Alidropship) rather than WooCommerce and PayPal integration itself.

    As a first step, I’d recommend doing a plugin/theme conflict test:

    If the order details appear with all plugins except for WooCommerce disabled and a default theme like Storefront https://woocommerce.com/storefront/ – you can start re-enabling plugins one by one to see which one is causing this behavior.

    If this is still happening with only WooCommerce and Alidropship plugins enabled – I’d recommend reaching out to support of Alidropship, https://alidropship.com/
