Order refunds and payments fail, connection timeout, code error warning

    Hi, when on the orders page for a specific order we are getting a warning notice in the form of “Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/sunderla/domains/sunderlandstationmodels.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-services/classes/class-wc-connect-account-settings.php on line 44

    Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/sunderla/domains/sunderlandstationmodels.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-services/classes/class-wc-connect-account-settings.php on line 45”

    Additionally we have had 2 orders today cancelled by the customer as they were unable to pay due to an error.

    When we have tried to refund a different order from a week ago we get the error message “A refund failed to complete: Http request failed. Reason: cURL error 28: SSL connection timeout”

    System report will be emailed to you directly on request

    Status report error in the form of Server Environment Remote get: wp_remote_get() failed. Contact your hosting provider.

    I am raising a ticket with Interserver, but would like to know if there’s anything on your side which can also be looked at urgently as we cannot accept orders without this

    Thank you for getting in touch and for using WooCommerce!

    Hmmm… From the info you shared and to our experience, it does sound like that issue should be addressed after your host gives you some insights on their end. Therefore, we would have recommended anyway to have a talk with your host first before we jump in on our side to look further into this.

    If you host mentions that all is well on their side ad things should be functioning, please let us know and we will happily take another look.

    It now appears to have magically resolved itself, so i’m happy, but confused, but, all is well for now at least.
