    Hi there,

    Thank you for sharing the video it was very helpful in understanding the issue. I’ve tried to replicate the behavior on my end, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the problem; everything appears to be working correctly here.

    To assist you further, could you please confirm the following:

    1. Was the shop manager account created through a plugin or manually via Users → All Users?
    2. Have you used any user role or permission plugin previously on your site?

    Once we have this information, we’ll be better able to investigate and guide you.
