Order States

Not sure if this is a prob or not. Have just set this all up.

If I click ‘Pay with Bitpay’ I bounce successfully to a Bitpay QR invoice. If I just hit back, that order has been created (is ‘on hold’) but that has also triggered a “New Order!” email to me and an order receipt to customer.
