Hello, we have been using WooChimp, but I wanted to migrate to your plugin. Had some issues with customer sync, then some issues with private products and lastly the order sync seems to have gotten stuck – but perhaps that just needs a bit more time.

However, I wanted to ask if there is anyway to sync the order status? It seems the plugin syncs cancelled orders as well, with no indication of this when looking at the subscriber in MailChimp. Without being able to filter out cancelled orders, I’m not sure how I can create campaigns targeting customers that actually purchased something?

  • Hey there @karl19,

Thanks for sharing your feedback here. Including the order status is a feature we’ve been hearing from several users of the plugin, and something that our developers are aware of and working to develop for future versions of the plugin. This does include the ability to sort out those cancelled orders that – from the MailChimp side – cannot be distinguished from completed orders. I will be passing along your specific note of feedback so we can continue tracking volume on this request.

Again, thanks for sharing this feedback with us. If you have any further questions about syncing data or using the plugin, feel free to let us know. You can keep an eye on the github issue to track this issue as it develops.

    Thanks,
    Malachite

    Hello @mcsupport,

Thanks a lot for your quick feedback. I had searched for someone else reporting the issue, but had missed that request on GitHub.

Would be great if you could add the feature to an upcoming version. As the plugin is now, we get a lot of useful data, but if we can’t filter out cancelled orders, there doesn’t seem to be an easy way of targeting customers who have actually purchased something.

    Thanks!
