    how and where do i edit the order staus so i can change the order status to processing instead of complete

    After a purchase is completed currently, the order is set to “completed”. You can either use the pro version of the plugin to set it to something different or use the following filter:

    wpuw_update_status.

    This filter passed a string after a completed sale. You can add a filter and pass and order status available for WooCommerce.
