    Hi,

    I am facing an error regarding order status, after performing a successful transaction with alfa payment gateway, the order status still remains “Pending Payment” while I have received payment in my account. 

    Anyone help me regarding this issue!

    Thanks for reaching out! Since you’ve mentioned the issue happening with the Alfa Payment Gateway, have you perhaps tested this with a different payment gateway to see if the issue persists? I’d just like to determine if the issue is specific to the payment gateway being used, or if the issue is more site-specific.

    If you temporarily enable Cash on Delivery, create a test order, and then mark the order as “Processing”, does the order status update as expected?

    Once we have a better idea of whether the issue is related to the Alfa payment gateway or if the issue happens with all payment gateways, we’ll be able to point you in the right direction here. 🙂
