    Hello-

    when I order I preorder product via a real time payment (e.g. paypal) it gets the status “Preordered” instead of Processing. When I order it via e.g. Pay upon Invoice, it gets the standard status “On Hold”, so I do not see that this was preordered and cannot filter for it (I only see it in the non-filterable column with the Preorder Date).

    Is there a way to also mark these orders as preordered? I did not even see this option in the Premium Version. When trying your custom order status plugin, I could set the Pay upon invoice to e.g. Processing, but then the status will pe just that, and not Preordered.

    Can you help me with that?

    I hope you are well

    In the free version, when customers purchase pre-order products by using regular payment methods such as Stripe, PayPal, and more, the status for those pre-orders will be “pre-ordered”.

    When they use offiline payment methods such as cash on delivery, check payments, bank transfers, and so on, the status will be “on hold”.

    On the other hand, the premium version offers features and options to manage preorders more easily, such as a dedicated page for pre-orders, the ability to change their preorder dates in bulk, and much more.

    You could also select that you want the ‘pre-ordered’ status instead of ‘on-hold’ for offline payments (this feature has not been released yet, but we could send it to you).
