    Hi,

I am cooperating with a Fullfilment Company. They have their own Plugin in WordPress which has function “Status mirroring” with my Eshop (Woocommerce).

The problem is, that in the setting of that plugin you should choose Woocommerce Order Status to every specific Status of the Fullfilment Status.

In that setting are missing two basic Woocommerce Statuses: Compeleted and Processing.

I contacted that Fullfilment Company and they told me, that in their testing mode and other people can see all statuses. And that I need to contact Woocommerce and somehow and somewhere activate all Order Statuses.

I checked all Woocommerce settings and found nothing.

I tried as well troubleshoting with other plugins and everything the same.

    Thank you for help.

    Kind regards,
    Danylo Kalenichenko

    Hey @kala0202

    Thanks for reaching out!

When you navigate to WooCommerce > Orders and click on an order, do you see all order statuses here?:

If so, it sounds like they’re not being passed successfully to the plugin you’re using, and this could be caused by some sort of third-party interference. However, if you’re not seeing all order statuses in WooCommerce core, then the same could be said for that as well, as you shouldn’t have to “enable” order statuses by default.

Have you tested with just WooCommerce core and a default theme, like Storefront, active? Once doing so, do all order statuses appear at that point?

    Thank you for your reply,

Yes, when I am Woocommerce – Orders and inside of the order I can see all order statuses.

So, what should I do to find out the problem or some third-party interference?

    Thank you for help.

    Kind regards,

    Hey @kala0202

Thanks for confirming. I would recommend testing for conflicts as outlined here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

Do the correct order statuses appear with just WooCommerce, Storefront, and the Fulfillment plugin active? If not, then this would be something that needs to be further troubleshooted with them. If the order statuses are available, then you would re-activate features, one at a time while testing in between, to see what’s blocking them.

    Hope this helps!

    Thank you @laceyrod,

Unfortunately, I don’t have time to check it right now, because I am on vacation.

But after vacation I will check this issue, because it is very important for me.

Please, don’t close this topic for 3 more weeks.

Thank you for understanding and support.

    Kind regards,

    Hey @laceyrod,

    Thank you for waiting.

I made a troubleshooting: I used just Twenty Twenty theme, Woocommerce and Fullfilment plugin (iSklad) and in Woocommerce-Orders I can see all order statuses, but in the Fullfilment plugin is still missing few (Completed and Processing).

Can you please help how and where I can find a problem?

    Thank you for your support.

    Kind regards,
    Danylo

    Hi Danylo,

Thanks for the update, and I hope your vacay was refreshing!

Unfortunately, while I’d love to help further, this is something that the Fulfillment plugin’s support team would need to look into. Since all of the order statuses are present in WooCommerce, they are simply not being passed to the plugin, and their team would need to further investigate why exactly.

The only other thing I can think of is just making sure that all plugins and software is completely up-to-date. Then, reach out to iSklad directly and let them know that you do see all order statuses in WooCommerce, and the problem persists with only WooCommerce, Fulfillment and a default theme.

Sorry to have to redirect you, but hopefully they can get this sorted with you!

    Cheers!

    Hi @kala0202,

Just a heads up, I’ll be marking this thread as resolved since the issue relates to the Fulfilment plugin and, as advised, you’ll want to reach the plugin’s support team to investigate further. Hopefully, you’ll be able to find a solution to your problem!

If you have additional questions relating to the WooCommerce plugin, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Thanks.
