Order Time And WordPress Time issue

    Hi,
    There seems to be issue with plugin service time setting with my website time setting. please check the attached image https://prnt.sc/vugyjj.In the attached receipt you can see customer has ordered food in 18.34 but he has requested food services at 18.30. So how’s that possible? Did i make something stupid mistake? If customer has ordered food in 18.30 shouldnt they get option to choose food ordering service after 6.30 .Please help.

    Hello,

    Service type and time are stored in customer’s browser as cookies for an interval that you have set in admin. So if you have set interval for 30 minutes, the time and type that customer has selected will be stored for 30 minutes.

    So, if a customer visits at 6:15PM and and selects 6:30PM, its allowed and that settings is going to be stored in his browser until 6:45PM, so if the customer delays the order and places it after a 20mins, this scenario is going to happen.

    To avoid this scenario, please use the food preparation time given in admin settings. Using the preparation time customer won’t be allowed to pick the immediate next time available. In the mean time we are also going to look into it and see how this can be avoided in future.
