    Hello,

    On your tracking page where the customer would enter an order number and an order email address is it possible for me to ask the customer to enter a credential other than their email to view the status of their package?

    Hi kwinsbor,

    Unfortunately, at the moment there isn’t an option to enable any other verification method apart from the email id.
