    Hello,

Unfortunately I'm in a bit of a hurry.

I created a ticket but no news.

The TRANSFER of orders that have no more active product does not pass

    Hey @webgadt,

    You are saying that you want to transfer orders that have no products?

    The plugin assumes that you need to have a products to pass the transaction,

    Yes, you must have an item or product to be able to generate an invoice otherwise it will be empty.

    If you have a product on WooCommerce, you need to have the same product on zoho so they can link up to each other. Basically map and sync. I think you are saying that you are trying to send a transaction without an actual order?
