    Could you please submit your bug report at http://www.wplab.com/request-support/ ? This is generally the quickest way to get a reply from the support team – especially in cases like this which are most probably caused by another plugin you have installed and might require access to the error logs in your server or your wordpress admin panel.

    I was able to identify this issue and it will be fixed in the next update (2.0.8.3).

    Sorry for the delay – an update to version 2.0.8.4 has been released just now, which should fix this problem (and another issue on WordPress 4.2).
