“Order” view partly missing – error found

    Hi,
    After latest update to newest WooCommerce version, “order” view in admin is partly missing -> no ordered products nor shipping method visible anymore.

    Any ideas how to fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    After latest update to newest WooCommerce version, “order” view in admin is partly missing -> no ordered products nor shipping method visible anymore.

    To have more insight, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce → Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Additionally, please check for any fatal errors under your page here: WooCommerce → Status → Logs and look for any recent Fatal Errors listed there.

    We will be waiting for your update!

    After updating your plugins, conflicts between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin might occur; an outdated or malfunctioning code could interfere and cause issues.

    We need to ensure that this isn’t happening on your site.

    To do this, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce. Once you do this, check again if the issue persists.

    If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

    Thank you for instructions – conflict appears with MakeCommerce plugin.
    How to proceed now – are you checkin the suitability with that plugin or should I contact with that plugin developers?
