Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Product Quantity Steps plugin. For one order, the quantity was added as 500g instead of the usual 200g steps, while all other orders have worked correctly. I cannot reproduce the problem because I am unable to add 500g to the cart, nor can I set 500g or 300g in the cart manually. However, when there are 500g left in stock, it seems that increasing from 400g jumps the quantity to 500g on the single product page, and when reducing it afterward, it goes down to 300g. Even if i cannot add these 300 or 500g to cart, this behavior is not expected, and I would like to understand why this happens and how to fix it. at the moment i dont know why the customer was able to put 500g into the cart, how can i fix this to avoid this error in the future? Best

    Hello @ajauch231,
Thanks for the detailed explanation. Since this behavior is not happening on our side, it looks like the issue may be specific to your setup. To investigate it properly and reproduce the exact scenario, I’ll need a bit more information from your site.

    Could you please share:

    1. Your current global and product-level Quantity Step settings
    2. The product-level settings for the affected item
Please open the product in Edit mode and send a screenshot of the Min Max section under the General tab.
This will help us confirm whether any product-level override is active.
    3. A link to the product page where the 300g / 500g behavior appears

With these details, I can test the same configuration here and pinpoint why this specific product is showing different increment behavior on your store.

    Looking forward to your update.
