@alfan9ve, Without an integration our plugin cannot automatically reward commissions for purchases. If you tell us which integration you plan to use, we can check to see if it handle refunds.
What I want is the integration of an addon that calculates Woocommerce sales commissions and makes payments by cheque.
When the sale is cancelled the commission is voided in the affiliate statement.
But if you have a refund, either automatic or manual, the commission amount is not adjusted.
What addon would you suggest to do this?

Affiliates Manager only awards a commission when the order is in a “processing” or “completed” state. If the order is refunded in WooCommerce, our plugin automatically reverses the commission for it.

Yes, and it works very well.
When the order is processed, it generates the commissions and if it is refunded in full also. But this only happens if it’s 100% refunded
Otherwise, if I refund 40% of the order, returning an item for example, the commission does not change, for the new order value.
At least the tests I did, on a refund of part of an order, did not adjust the commission to the new value.
(sorry for my insistence, but maybe I was not very clear, or no one ever addressed to the case of refunding part of an order)
