    Greetings,

I’m experiencing an issue with the plugin, particularly when trying to use Apple Pay via Express Checkout inside the product.

When I click the Apple Pay button, it appears to open the Apple Wallet as expected, but then redirects me to the standard checkout
page to fill out order details. After doing that, I tried to pay again and received the following error:

    ORDER_ALREADY_CAPTURED

I attempted the process two more times and i got the same result in both of them:
I clicked the Apple Pay button from inside the product page. It redirected me to the checkout form again — but this time the payment was completed successfully after i filled out the form.

It seems like there may be a conflict or misconfiguration causing the Apple Pay flow to not complete correctly, or triggering duplicate order attempts.

    Could you please advise on:

Why the Apple Pay process redirects to the checkout page even after opening the Wallet?

    What causes the ORDER_ALREADY_CAPTURED error?

If there’s any recommended fix or configuration for ensuring a smooth Apple Pay checkout experience?

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The Apple Pay button on the product page may redirect to the checkout when required checkout fields (such as shipping, terms, or custom fields) can’t be collected directly on the product page — this is expected behavior.

The ORDER_ALREADY_CAPTURED error indicates that the same PayPal order was captured twice. This is often caused by caching, page reloads, or a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Update WooCommerce and our plugin to the latest versions.
    2. Disable caching and minification for the product and checkout pages.
    3. Temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and our gateway.
    4. Enable Debug Logging in the plugin settings, make a test Apple Pay purchase from the product page, and then check the latest log under WooCommerce → Status → Logs for duplicate capture entries.

These steps should help identify and resolve the issue.

    Best regards
