orderby=count not working

    Here is my code I use in my sidebar
    [tag_groups_cloud smallest=15 largest=20 amount=40 include=2 orderby=count]

    Could you please clarify: Does it mean that no tags are displayed or that they are displayed but not in the right order?

    If they are not displayed: Do you see the shortcode instead?

    If the problem is about the order:

    • Do you use tag groups for one or more taxonomies (post_tag, category)?
    • Does it change anything to add order=asc or order=desc?
