I have playing with option for custom ordering but then I find out that ordering doesn’t work at all. Any compatibility issue know?

It looks like you are using Divi builder to construct that page. Not sure why the WooCommerce product sort is not showing after you select product filter. On our demo, it is working fine: https://themify.org/wc-product-filter/?wpf=sidebar&wpf_page=1&wpf_cat=bags
