If you do want to create the certificate yourself you should not select any Technical supplier in the bank. They should assign a person as techinical contact and this person creates the certificate.

We were doing it for a customer who was not able to login herself and create the certificate, so we called the bank and they were gonna do it for her. And they say they MUST select something – which they called “certifikatlösning”. I said I only knew of technical suppliers – but she said that was not it – and BjornTech was not in the list. So I’m really confused now…!
And are you saying that the bank should assign a person as technical contact? Or our customer? Should they be able to select ANY person or how?

Your customer needs to assign someone (possibly yourself) as a technical contact and then you do need to create the certificate.

The confusion is why we did create the service and you are always welcome as a customer and the only thing your customer needs to do is to ask the bank to select us (9874687354 BjornTech) as the technical supplier and you will be up and running within minutes.

Ok, so we finally got the cert created. Not sure how the customer would assign us as certificate handler, but we get the certificate at least. I would be good to add the information you shared here in the plugin instructions, particularly that when the bank asks which Certifikatlösning to use, that is what you call technical supplier, and that they should not select an existing supplier, but select to do it themselves (or assign someone).
