Ordering tickets sometime drops error

    Dear Developers,

    We bought the Premium version of this plugin and it works very well. But sometimes it drops an error message during the ordering process. The payment arrives but the ticket is not generated.
    In normal cases in the admin area there is a button to download the tickets but in these cases I have no Download button.

    So is there any maintenance mode I can run to fix these orders or any technique? I can attach Print Screens if it helps to investigate the issue.

    You can control the ticket generation within the option. The order status is used to decide if a ticket should be created. If you still need help, please contact the support team via email at [email protected]
