Hello. I just installed the plugin and subscribed for Pro plan. Trying to integrate it to my Woo test site. Generally checking what can i do and etc. Saw that there is a option where customer send a msg trough Live Chat, Owner will able to see his orders…But i am not able to see them. I wanna point that i did that test order trough Guest user group. So my question is, can i see those orders if customer place order without log in or not ?

Chaty – Version 3.4.8

WooCommerce – Version 10.1.2

WordPress – Current version: 6.8.2

I am using Divi Builder with latest updated also.

Hi @krasimirignatov , thanks for reaching out.

I can confirm that Order insights will not appear for guest orders. They will only be available for customers with a user account on your WordPress site once they initiate a chat.

You’re welcome! Also, please note that guest cart items will appear when they initiate a chat.
