Orders are not captured

Hey there
I saw that no orders are being captured and therefore also no emails are sent.
But I received the test email so the emails can be sent.I also “activated” the CRON feature just as your documentation says but it still does not work.
How can I check if the CRON job runs?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
