    Hey there

    I saw that no orders are being captured and therefore also no emails are sent.
    But I received the test email so the emails can be sent.

    I also “activated” the CRON feature just as your documentation says but it still does not work.
    How can I check if the CRON job runs?

    I visited your site to check and confirm if the plugin files are loading on the checkout and found that you are using WooCommerce checkout blocks on the site. Currently, we do not support WooCommerce blocks on the checkout page. To effectively capture abandoned orders, I recommend utilizing the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode on the checkout page.

    Our dev team is working on this compatibility and will be available in upcoming updates.
