Orders CSV file by vendor

I’m using multi vendor marketplace and I need to create and send a spreadsheet file (CSV) with orders list of every store to my vendors. can I create a special foreach vendor automatically? Can I enable frontend user (logged in vendors only) to download a CSV file with their private orders?
