Orders email not including the product add-ons

    We have YITH Wocommerce product add-ons & extra options Version 4.20.0 plugin.

    If the customer chooses a selected add-on, such as on this page under “add accessories”: https://www.agrisolar.co.nz/products/electric-fence-energisers/mb450-fence-energiser/ – it will add them to the cart, and checkout, cost is updated etc – but it wont add the detail to the orders email that goes to the owner. We are running WP 6.8.1. Bug wasn’t happening previously, so it could be in the latest update, not sure.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Is there a short code I can add into the ‘Additional content’ area of the orders email via /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email&section=wc_email_new_order

    Hi there,

    I checked the email in our local installations and I couldn’t replicate your problem. In the plugin settings there is an option to hide the add-ons in the emails could you please if you have this option enabled?

    We’re glad the issue is solved. About your question, no, the option is disabled by default in the plugin.

    Facundo Arano – I have this issue as well, but I’ve already checked and this option is not ticked. Yet, none of my options are sending in the emails to Admin. Can you help please?
