Whenever I update WooCommerce Product Vendors to a newer version all vendors lose their order data. How can I avoid this, is there something wrong in my WooCommerce settings?

So sorry to hear of this. Are you using the official WooCommerce extension? If so, I’d recommend opening a ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/tickets — they should absolutely be able to help you with this.
