Dear @heartofnature,
Removing this plugin will never remove the statuses of your orders unless you were using some custom statuses. Kindly use the urgent help option under the help tab on settings page.

@heartofnature you don’t see the urgent help option because you have removed the plugin. Kindly install it again and get help from the development team.
@heartofnature here is the solution if have access to your database/phpmyadmin
update our orders in posts database table so post_status field can be set to the default/valid order statuses registered by WooCommerce.
I had a problem where I thought that my orders were lost because I removed the plug in.
The only removed the plug in because I could not use colors to manage statuses.
The developer got in touch with me within minutes to assist.
He showed me what I did wrong and why some orders was lost. And I could now understand it was a fault on my side! He went out of his way to fix the problem for me.
He then also went the extra mile to teach me how to add colors to my order statuses.
He even offered help with any wordpress issues.
I am truly amazed at his friendliness and willingness to help.
