    Hello
    Please can you assist.
    Orders I enter from the backend (as Admin user in WP) are not being added .
    The system gives a confirmation message “Order has been successfully created.” but nothing appears in the table (orders tab) or in the Database.

    I would like to get the free version ironed out before enabling premium features.

    Would you be able to create a new location under your location tab and see if that works out for you?

    I removed the plugin and loaded Version 2.6.25.
    It’s working on adding orders but I’ve not tested any of the other functionality yet.
    I’ll play some more when I have time and then maybe look at premium features.
    I need auto-increment order numbers so I’ll be looking at a way I can fashion a workaround.

    The locations tab is inaccessible until upgraded and shows the message

    “The full version of Order Tracking is required to use custom fields. “.

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for letting us know. Was the tab accessible before updating the plugin?
