    We are users of your Pro version and have raised a support ticket as orders are not completing – payment is being processed but we are having to manually complete each order. However, we have had no response from you

    Hi. Thanks for getting back to us. We have tried twice raising tickets using the form here: https://apiexperts.io/woosquare-plus-support/

    However, we get no ticket number or email back when completing this form.

    We had to remove your plugin and instead use the Woocommerce Square plugin. That plugin completes virtual orders, yours doesn’t and you were unwilling to correct it.

    @sacfc,

    When transactions come successfully in Woocommerce order status shows processing. If you want to change the status to completed you need to do it manually.
