Orders Not Going Through

Hi Guys

Our site is connected to a company called Inkthreadable who print and supply our merchandise

Up until recently all orders have been going through fine, but recently a couple have been missed and not showing on Inkthreadable’s site

They originally said that it was down to certain banks not processing an order but I find that pretty odd as it’s worked fine up until now

This morning they have come back to me with this

“”We have checked logs of the WooCommerce store and can see that the payment notification is failed to be sent, and also we can see no orders received 13/08 -25/08.”

And they’ve asked me to talk with you guys to see if you can suggest anything to keep the orders going through consistently?
