WooCommerce orders not in report

    Hello, we have a webshop with WooCommerce. We have a problem with the reports. The orders aren’t shown in the report. Does anyone know how we can solve this problem?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with your report.

    As a first step, please try the following steps and see if this helps fix the problem:

    • Navigate to Analytics → Settings, scroll down to Date type, and select Date Created on the dropdown – then save the settings.
    • Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and click on Clear Analytics Cache.
    • Then Import Historical Data.
