    Hi there
    Since the 4.5 update my shop is no longer working at all. At checkout once all details are entered (correctly) and the “Place Order” button is clicked, it simply refreshes the same page, stripping out the entered info. I’ve tried several times and it happens over and over. The order is never processed.
    I have had several emails about this issue and not one new order since the update.
    Any help much appreciated.

    From what I can see this is a jQuery issue. Contact us via the contact form on jigoshop.com.

    Hi, the same problem on my site.
    A customer just emailed me about not being able to complete an order.
    Any generic advice or do I have to contact you via the form?

    I found the problem on my site. It was a conflicting plugin “Jigoshop Official Mailchimp Integration”

    Have you got that one, too?

    If so, just deactivate it and test the chceckout process.

    Hi,
    On my dev server the mailchimp integration plugin doesn’t cause any conflicts at checkout.
