    Hi there!

Hopefully you can help me out.
Since a couple of weeks, the orders from WooCommerce to Mailchimp are not syncing any more.

A screenshot of the Woocommerce backend, where you can see that it is missing some orders: https://ibb.co/9TwPh8x

Also, the circle in the Mailchimp backend keeps running: https://ibb.co/tXqXzK8

Last screenshot is the logs where you can see nothing has happend for a lot of hours now: https://ibb.co/gFyRHvc

Please let me know what to do:)

    Kind regards,

    Remco

Hi @remcohaarlie, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. By chance, have you tried a fresh uninstall or reinstall? If you have and things still are stuck, do you have any caching plugins/services activated?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thanks for the reply!
Have not tried the reinstall, does this not delete all the data?

Also, I have Swift Performance Lite installed as a caching plugin.

Same problem here. Orders are not syncing.

@remcohaarlie, no, a fresh reinstall will not delete any data so you’re fine to initiate. Also, we don’t have any specific references to Swift Performance Lite causing problems with a sync, but you may want to disable caching on any admin (plugin) pages just to be safe. We’ve seen issues come up previously around syncing with other caching services.

@kristoferlse could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?
    – What plugin version are you using?
    – Are you on a shared hosting plan?
    – If you’re using shared hosting, can you check to see if you’ve hit your daily CPU limit after initiating the sync?
    – What PHP version are you using and what is the memory limit is set to?
    – Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
    – Do you have any caching plugins or services running?
    – Have you tried a fresh uninstall or reinstall?

    @khungate some information;

    -Plugin version 2.2.2
-PHP version 7.3.9 memory limit 64mb
-Loggin errors (before forced resync), see below.
    -Using WP Fastest Cache
-Not tried uninstalling. Did a force resync (as recommended in other threads) and now it seems all orders are synced. However, this action added welcome, review, confirmation emails back in que that was sent 2-3years ago. Mailchimp resent them without my knowledge. I managed to delete the que for some automation emails, but still sent out a few hundred emails. Not good for my business.

Will be checking if it works and syncs for future orders.

    /Kristofer

Thanks @kristoferlse for the note back. You may want to disable any caching in the admin area and at checkout. We’ve seen other issues come up from time to time that may prevent customer/order data from syncing properly with those types of plugins/services.

I’m glad to hear you were able to get the force resync to work correctly, and please let us know if you need anything else.
