Hi,

Thanks for creating the plugin, however we are having an issue of orders not being synced to Austpost? Could you advise on how to fix this please? Tried testing it with FREE shipping in the same zone with Austpost shipping

Thanks for using our plugin. The free version of the plugin does not sync the orders to your Australia Post account.

Hello Carl,

Yes, the Labels Pro version of the plugin integrates with both MyPost Business and eParcel.

Which version will work of the paid plugin is sufficient? Pro? or Pro Label?

For generating Labels, you need to have the Labels Pro version. The Pro version only works as a shipping calculator for Australia Post retail prices.
