    Hi, I want to purchase this plugin, but I am not sure if it will support different payment methods. Will it track my orders if I use payment methods other than PayPal or SMS?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Our plugin does support pushing tracking information to PayPal transaction (you can view this guide for more details), and I’m not sure if that’s what you’re looking for. However, we haven’t integrated specifically with SMS payment method.

    Please note that our plugin is designed to add and display tracking numbers to orders, but it doesn’t manage or update the tracking information itself. Tracking details are managed by the shipping company, and our plugin simply reflects those updates. You can share this information with your customers in various ways, such as through email or SMS. Basically, our plugin supports regardless of payment method.
