There could be a number of reasons why this may be so let’s try and find the root cause for this. Please could you first sharing the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Do you currently have the Site Kit consent mode setting on? I don’t see any reference in your source code to suggest you are using it currently.
- Do you see any realtime data being tracked when visiting your site from an Incognito window?
