organization chart disappeared

    hey folks,
    so our chart just went blank. its still there but no data is there? is this a common glitch or something I did?

    Hi dear user.

    It is not a global issue, so maybe you made some changes from your side.

    Can you check if the chart that you inserted into the post/page still there?

    Also, can you send us the chart page URL?

    I’m so sorry for the delay. It is still unresolved and the author of the page says it just disappeared after inspecting the page I see 4 errors but that is way over my head.
    the shortcode is still on the page. thanks
