    I highly recommend you to read the The Event Calendar’s Theme Guide.

    Add this to content.php to show your organizer’s name:

    <?php echo tribe_get_organizer(); ?>

    Thanks Mo Liu, I really need to read the guide. BTW, I add the line you post in loop.php instead content.php, after the venue.
