Organizer Plugin Error

I have installed the Organizer plugin in order to organise uploaded files.

I am getting some errors when trying to use the plugin. It will let me create a directory inside my uploads directory (defined in options > misc) however when I try to view inside this directory at the files that are there i get the following error:

Organizer jump directory not defined (this error comes from Firebug – the page in wordpress does nothing).

I also cannot delete directories created inside the root upload directory or can I upload files to directories inside the root directory.

Internet Explorer also gives me an error which is:
