organizing drafts section by author?

I’ve been searching the forums for a solution, but I haven’t found one yet.

I run a blog with multiple authors, and it’s hard for me to make heads or tails of the draft section — there are tons of post titles all in a block.

Is there any way to alter edit.php to break up the drafts section by individual author?
