Origin Postal Code

I have read all previous posting about “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address”

I am not a programmer, I have run the debug method and I see that I do not have the ORIGIN POSTAL CODE.

I have gone to the plugin setting page but there is no field to add the postal code.

How and where can I add it via code? I am at a loss here, all was working fine until the implementation of “free shipping”
